I didn’t go out and do one-on-one ministry, I was with the puppets and the Children, and I must say that really blessed me so much to be with them, seeing all their lively faces and them interacting, I mean, it’s easy to worry if they will be impacted because of the language barrier, but that wasn’t even a problem, because they still were touched by the word, they soaked up everyword that was being said to them.
Seeing their faces light up when we began feeding them was incredibly heartwarming. It was also humbling to realise just how grateful they were. I often forget how fortunate I am, as I tend to focus on what I lack instead of appreciating the blessings the Lord has given me, like having three meals a day and snacks in between. My mom mentioned that this was likely going to be their last meal for a few days, and that hit me hard.

The COL tour was an amazing experience for me, being present for this BHAG. Every day was a new eye-opener for me. Lots of memories were made and a great time was had, but I must say, Thursday at the last school was the most memorable time for me. While Brother Bill was speaking, I noticed a girl crouching nearby. She didn’t look well, and I felt the Holy Spirit prompting me to help her. Initially, I thought, “No way, Lord, not me! I don’t want to do this,” but I couldn’t shake the feeling.
So, I decided to listen to Him and approached her to ask if she was okay. She replied, “No, I feel dizzy.” I asked if she felt a pounding in her heart, and she said yes. I told her that it was the Holy Spirit and encouraged her not to be afraid, but to allow Him to move within her. We stayed together, and she trembled and cried.
As I helped with the signage, I saw how people’s faces changed as they left after eating, getting clothes, or being helped by Doctor Amanda or Doctor Nico. It was a beautiful sight because they walked into that place all grey and gloomy, but they walked back out with big smiles on their faces.
8 Now, go, write it before them on a tablet and inscribe it in a book, that it may be as a witness for the time to come forevermore.
